- We measure your property against defined service, operational, and financial standards, then deliver a scored report with prioritised recommendations and a practical improvement roadmap.
- How long does a typical audit take?
- Most single-property audits run two to five days on site, with the written report delivered within ten business days of the final visit.
- Do you work with properties outside Tanzania?
- Yes. We serve hotels, lodges, restaurants, and luxury estates across East Africa and the wider continent, and travel for engagements on request.
- Can training be delivered on site?
- Training is delivered on site by default so it reflects your real operating environment. Remote sessions and blended formats are available where teams are distributed.
- How is pricing structured?
- Fees depend on property size, scope, and duration. Every engagement begins with a complimentary discovery call, followed by a written proposal with fixed pricing.
- Is our information kept confidential?
- Always. Findings, scores, and commercial data are shared only with the people you nominate, and we sign confidentiality agreements on request.
